An intimate group of top-level executives from the Women’s Foodservice Forum for Dinner, Drinks and Networking at the world famous Spiaggia Restaurant. This event is was held on Sunday September 9th, 2007 at 9:00 P.M..
Spiaggia, for the second consecutive year, has been nominated by the James Beard foundation for the Outstanding Restaurant Award. The award recognizes the restaurant in the U.S. that serves as a national standard bearer of consistency of quality and excellence in food, atmosphere and service. The restaurant must have been in operation for at least ten years.
The prestigious James Beard Foundation has named Spiaggia Chef/Partner Tony Mantuano "Best Chef: Midwest" 2005.
